Whilst watching X Machines on Quest this evening, a 1-2 second glimpse of the 4 roofrack lights and G4 plaque of a Defender 110 in a stream of traffic in Sweden. Titles showed that show was made in 2009.

If it comes on again, the program was about a Terex excavator, a US Navy Hovercraft and a tunnel explosives hole drilling machine called the Spider (G4 in this section).

I could hazard a guess at this one, around 7:20pm yesterday (Tuesday) a D3 traveling quickly in the outside lane. Shame to admit it I didn't spot nearly 3 tons of bright orange Disco 3 traveling towards me until too late.

The give away in the rear view mirror was the chevrons on the back door and orange light on the roof.

Thought it might be Brendan, but it wasn't covered in mud :D

Morning,

on the A22 heading towards the coast at Eastbourne yesterday (2/6) morning around 9 - 9.30am, and a bit late caught a glimpse of a naked Freelander, initially didn't see it as the sun was shining and it looked red not orange. Anyhow, didn't see a reg. or even the year but naked except for roof rack.

Who ever was driving the freelander saw me as they looked across and i was our D3.

Sound familiar to anyone here??

Having just dropped of my G4 Freelander, after returning from France, I spotted a fully marked up G4 D110 in Farnborough heading towards Bromley Common at about 1830 hrs. I think the reg was similar to BL02 with an R in the last three.

I was just too tired and surprised to see it after the 700 mile drive home that I missed the last three letters.

Anybody want to own up

returning from a week in Snowdownia on thursday, and spotted a naked Range Rover heading north on the M6 near the RAC control junc. 8 or 9 I think, at about 4pm.

We were heading southbound in our D3, I flashed and waved but don't think you spotted us. I think your reg. was BV55 YYJ or YJJ, not sure.

We got a call the other day to some submeged cars in the Thames, some one thought they had occupants but fortunately not. Quite entertaining though, folks park their pride and joys next to the river, commute in to town, tide comes in and cars slip their moorings!!

Anyway, appart from the numerous 110 drivers splashing around in the flooded road, I saw the yellow 90 G4 LE again, AU53 YKG, can't remember if it is the same one I've seen before, but at least we can put a reg to the vehicle. Any one on here?
