I was half watching BBC News at 10 last night when I thought I saw a G4 vehicle, in the background, on the sands at Tenby beach during the reportage of the rescue of the children on the sand bank.

Did anyone else see it? Is the Sunday Dinner Wine to blame?

Not necessarily... I agree that it's a RRS with a RAI & roof rack but it looks like one of the darker colours to me.

Hi guys
I saw this several times that day and agree it was a G4 RRS, good to see one ready for action, great job the young life guards did. it would be nice to find out if the vehicle was put to use that day?

Hi All i have not long joined the club so i did not reply sooner. The car on the news was my G4 RRS "BV55 YZC" 2006 team vehicle. I work with the Coastguard cliff rescue team based in Tenby. We were paged to assist the ambulance and lifeguards, glad to see it on tv. And don't worry it was put to good use!
