So Equicar are doing it again!!

Having bought a 2007 recce Defender with a few missing bits I have already replaced the missing Mantec rock sliders, knowing that I will struggle to replace the missing white decals that were present. I now find a set for sale on ebay, with a starting price exactly the same as a new set!!!!!

Why didn't Land Rover just leave everything on the car, as I'm now forced to buy back, something I consider is mine anyway!!!!!!!

I thought they were sold intact this time - obviously not !

I assumed this time equicar were only stripping those that they scrapped.

Good luck in your search for the bits

Good point.. might be worth giving them a bell and seeing if they have any kit fro your Rangie. I folded like a cheap deck chair and bought a set on new / old rocksliders and will fit them shortly.

I now have my rocksliders back too.

Thanks for the tip.

Agree with you - do not understand why they had to remove them.  An extra hassle to get it all back to original.
